Engineering that makes sense
Understanding the Stabil-Loc foundation pier
Concentrically Loaded and Driven
Pushed straight and centered under footing/foundation for optimal structural support. No bolts,no brackets, no cutting the footings.
Proper Position
Our double-walled, heat-extruded steel tube is positioned directly under the center of the wall to be lifted or stabilized.
Strongest Support
The pier is hydraulically driven all the way to bedrock or stable strata, providing the deepest, strongest foundation support available.
Adjustable Shimblock
Traditionally, the house must be over-lifted to insert shims. Our adjustable “shimblock” eliminates the need for over-lifting which can cause damage to the structure.
Lifetime Warranty
This pier is built to last indefinitely, offering unparalleled strength and reliability in the market, providing lasting peace of mind for your build once installed
Patented Pier
Our piering system is so revolutionary, it is patented by the United States Patent Office. (Patent numbers: US 8,851,800 B2, US 8,821,073 B2, and US 8,206,063 B2)

What is concentrically loaded?

"Concentrically loaded” means that the force and load is applied along the center of the pier sitting directly under your footings/foundation. This ensures the downward weight and pressure of your home sits on the middle of the support system below it.
This method allows for an even weight distribution on install, resulting in no bending or twisting of the pier, making it the Stabil-Loc pier both the strongest pier in it’s class and way to support your home.
All other supports in your home are concentrically loaded, so why wouldn’t you make sure your piers concentrically loaded too
